Analysis outlining the titration method for determining SO2 in wine and fruit juice according to European regulations using an iodine solution. The analysis is performed using the Schott Instruments TitroLine 7000 Advanced Titrator or TitroLine 7750 Multi Parameter Titrator. Note: If using an auto-sampler, the addition of H2SO4 and KI must be done with a piston burette such as the TITRONIC universal manual titrator / dispenser before the titration of the SO2.
