Analysis outlining the method for determining the content of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) with the specific titrant Iodine in juices such as orange or apple juice. The sulfite (SO2) in the juice is masked before with glyoxal solution. The sample titration was performed using the Schott Instruments TitroLine 7000 Advanced Titrator.
