TRANSPARENT THERMOSTATIC BATH
Made of acrylic glass, the CT52 is able to take up to two automatic measurement positions or brackets for manual measurement. It can be used from temperatures up to 60 ºC. Temperature constancy is +/- 0.02K. The CT52 is a cost effective alternative.

STAINLESS STEEL THERMOSTATIC BATH
Offered in three configurations, (CT53,TT,HT), viscosity measurements can be measured between -40 ºC and 150 ºC dependant on the CT model. For measurements under +5 ºC, a cryostat is necessary. Between +5 and 50 ºC cooling is recommended to maintain temperature constancy.

MANUAL VISCOSITY
The VISCOCLOCK is the economically priced introductory model in the field of automatic viscosity measurements. This model is an electronic time-measuring unit to determine absolute and relative viscosity. It is designed for the use of an Ubbelohde viscometer, or a Micro-Oswald viscometer by Schott. The accuracy of 0.01% of the measured time is used to calculate the absolute and relative viscosity.

AUTOMATIC VISCOSITY MEASUREMENT
"Suction" and "Pressure" Measurements with just one instrument - no need for a PC! The new ViscoSystem® AVS 470 from SCHOTT Instruments GmbH is the first viscosity measuring device that allows "suction" and "pressure" measurements completely independent of a PC. This makes for maximum independence and flexibility, allowing you to set up a measuring station that meets highest requirements even under difficult conditions, e.g. to monitor production or control quality in the polymers and mineral oil industry. ViscoSystem® AVS 470
Perfectly Equipped For Fully Automatic Viscosity Measurements
The new ViscoSystem® AVS 470 is a measuring system that includes almost everything you need to take precise and reproducible measurements. All common types of viscosity calculation are already integrated into the device, a small PS2 keyboard is all you need to enter additional data. A serial printer can be used to conveniently document your measuring results. So, in a minimum of space, you can set up a measuring station equal in every way to complex measuring installations in terms of precision and reproducibility.
Working With the ViscoSystem® AVS 470 Is Easy
The ViscoSystem® AVS 470 is very easy to handle. The desired measuring method can be preselected and started on the device. The entire measurement is taken automatically to rule out subjective measurement errors. Once the set pre-heating time is reached, the desired number of measurements are taken while the status of the measurements is indicated on the LC.

WINVISCO VISCOSITY SOFTWARE
Up to eight viscosity measuring units can be controlled by a minimum of operator controlled working steps. The device parameters constant, t(0) running time, number of measurements , temperature equilibration time, viscosity type, date as well as sample description can be entered easily for every measuring position.
The software uses a multitasking principle:
- the screen display can be changed
- additional measurements can be started and terminated
- measured values can be printed or saved
At the end of a measurement , if required, the protocol file with all the data of each measuring position (method, measured values, standard parameters, formula results, viscometers, etc.) are displayed. Software is able to incorporate external programs for documentation purposes (LIMS) or calculations.

AVS 370 VISCOSITY MEASURING SYSTEM
- Allows for both "suction" and "pressure" operation
- Multi-tasking
- Analysis of both transparent & opaque fluids
- PC Control
The ViscoSystem AVS 370 is the latest innovation in instrumentation for viscosity analyses. This system utilizes the Capillary Method, the most exact method to physically determine the viscosity of Newtonian fluids.
The ViscoSystem AVS 370 is the first viscosity-measuring device that can be used for both "suction" and "pressure" measurements. This allows for simple adjustments of the method of measurement from sample to sample, resulting in considerable cost reduction for measuring stations where pressure and suction methods are used.
The ViscoSystem AVS 370 is a modular design system. The compact 19' housing can contain anywhere from one up to four Viscopump II modules. This modular concept significantly reduces lab space required for the system.
The range of applications includes high and low viscosity fluids as well as transparent or opaque (with the appropriate TC viscometer) fluids.
The ViscoSystem AVS 370 is a multi-tasking instrument that operates under the control of PC software. The software (WinVisco 370) allows for the operation of two fully equipped AVS 370 systems, thus giving the end user the potential to run up to eight positions simultaneously! Each position can measure a different sample using a different method. All results are documented independently of each other.

DILUT4 VISCOSITY SOFTWARE
Serves for the automatic determination for limited viscosity of polymers and other substances. The following characteristics are implemented in the program:
- Automatic control of the complete cycle
- Setting of the burette parameters (for dilution)
- Setting of parameters for measuring unit
- Runaway test for AVS measuring results
- Hagenbach correction
- Calculation of the intrinsic and inherent viscosity number
- Graphical account of results
- Print out with graphics
- Saving of measuring results
- Readout and editing of previous measuring data
- Measuring of to flow time (solvent)

FULLY AUTOMATIC VISCOMETER
The AVSPRO has been developed, primarily for the polymer industry, operates according to the most precise method, in terms of physical chemistry, used to determine the viscosity of liquids- the capillary method. Configured with an automatic sampler. Temperature regulation up to 150 ºC of the 16 or 56 position rack and identification of the samples using a bar code recorder are available as optional features. The operator is guided by a menu driven system which is displayed on a PC screen. Precision, reproducibility and comparability complies with ASTM D2857, ASTM D445, ASTM D1601, ASTM D789 and ASTM D4603.
