All products are distributed by Lab Synergy in North America. Products are available for demonstration, installation, unlimited technical and applications support, at no additional charge.
Service for these products is also provided by Lab Synergy. Products come with either a one, two or three year warranty. Service contracts, preventative maintenance plans, a loaner program and an extended warranty plan are available after the warranty period.
All service is performed by a manufacturer certified service engineer.
