Products:Milling and Grinding
FRITSCH Mills and crushers are capable of processing 99% of all materials in any laboratory. Whether you need to process hard-brittle material or soft elastic material, the required fineness can be achieved. Over 80 years of invaluable experience has gone into the development of FRITSCH ball mills, jaw crushers, rotor mills, cutting mills, mortar grinders and disk mills which is reflected in the design features--ensure reliability, simple operation, ease of cleaning (to avoid cross contamination) and safety in use. All features which have contributed to our proud reputation and tradition of combining the tried and trusted with the right blend of innovative technology for laboratory sample preparation and grinding.
Ball (planetary) mills are the most effective laboratory mills for
batch wise, rapid grinding of medium-hard to very hard
samples down to finest particle sizes.
Jaw crushers are the classic “workhorses” for the pre crushing
of hard-brittle materials.
The rotor mill is an all-purpose mill for rapid
crushing of medium-hard to soft substances. It can also
be used to disperse and homogenize dry samples.
Cutting mills are particularly well suited for the grinding
of soft to medium-hard, fibrous or tough materials (including
plastics).
The mortar grinder, the classic “pharmacist’s mill”, serves as a universal mill in the chemical area thanks to its variability (hard-brittle to soft-wet samples).
The disk mill is ideal for batch or continuous fine grinding of brittle and very hard materials.
The vibrating cup mill is ideal for rapid preparation of your sample and the soil deagglomator largely automates the deagglomeration of soil samples.
