Multi EAź 2000
The Analyzer is designed for the determination of carbon, sulfur and chlorine in solid, pasty and liquid samples.
The multi EAź 2000 C analyzer is designed for the determination of carbon in solid, pasty and liquid samples. The samples are digested in a high-temperature furnace in an oxygen stream, where the carbon compounds oxidize to carbon dioxide. An integrated Self Check System (SCS) enables trouble-free operation and ensures a high level of operation safety.
The freely selectable furnace temperature of up to 1,500° C ensures complete digestion even of thermally and chemically highly resistant samples.
The high-temperature ceramic technology used does not only allow digestion at high temperatures, but also provides completely problem-free analysis of aggressive samples. Moreover, this technique is very cost-effective.
The wide dynamic weight range ensures optimum adaptation to the homogeneity of the samples and their carbon concentration.
Even with very inhomogeneous sample material, representative analysis is guaranteed. The produced carbon dioxide is measured by a high-grade NDIR detector that has a very large dynamic range.
Upgradeable with:
- Solid sampler
- Direct determination TIC in solids
multi EAź 2000 with additional furnace
Elemental analyzer for the determination of carbon and sulfur with additional furnace up to 500° C
The analyzer is adapted for the combustion of samples at two different temperatures: in the additional furnace at temperatures of up to 500° C and afterwards in the high temperature furnace at temperatures of up to 1,500° C in an oxygen stream. The temperature of the additional furnace is freely selectable up to 500° C.
Upgradeable with:
multi EAź 2000 with pyrolysis option
Elemental analyzer for the determination of carbon and sulfur with additional pyrolysis option including multiWinź software.
The analyzer is adapted for the pyrolysis of samples in an inert gas atmosphere at a freely selectable pyrolysis temperature of up to 1,500° C. The pyrolysed sample can be oxidized afterwards in an oxygen stream at temperatures of up to 1,500° C.
Upgradeable with:
- Solid autosampler
- Direct determination of TIC in solids
