For gentle cleaning of analytical and micro-precision sieves and other sensitive components, with no risk of damage. And for dispersing suspensions for particle size analysis.
Typical fields of application:
- for gentle cleaning with no risk of damage to sensitive components, such as micro-precision sieves and glass.
- in chemical reactions, e. g. when extracting vegetable substances, for accelerating and improving the results of the process.

Method of operation:
The ceramic oscillator generates high-energy vibrations at the base of the bath and thus a cavitation effect throughout the bath liquid.

VIBRATORY FEEDER, LABORETTE 24, WITH WIDE CHANNEL
For slow, metered feeding for uniform, broad material feed of flow able materials for a wide range of applications.
Typical fields of application:
- slow, metered feeding of flow able materials for e. g. for sample dividers, mills, mixers, balances.
Method of operation:
Vibration of a channel of high-grade stainless steel conveys flow able material from a funnel to the open end of the channel in a uniform stream.
The rate of flow can be controlled by a separate control unit which alters the vibration amplitude of the channel.
The control of vibrational amplitude is achieved by a microprocessor controlled unit which ensures that even the smallest quantities of material are uniformly conveyed.

ROTARY CONE SAMPLE DIVIDER, LABORETTE 27
For representative sample dividing of solids and suspensions with a dividing accuracy of 99.9 %.
Typical fields of application:
Rotary Cone Sample Divider form a symbiosis with extremely accurate analytical instrumentation. They are used in research, development and quality control laboratories to provide small but representative sample quantities for accurate analysis.
Method of operation:
Accurate sample division is now achieved by a combination of three principles of division within a single unit: The sample is passed via a hopper onto a rotating dividing cone whose profile simulates the process of coning and quartering. The sample material passes over the surface of the rotating cone and is accelerated outwards by the centrifugal force of the entire system. From there it is fed into up to 30 separate channels. The individual samples are collected in glass sample bottles.
Because of the rotation and the number of channels of the dividing head, the number of divisions reaches up to 3000 dividing steps per minute, so the feed to each channel is made up of a very large number of separate samples - a distinguishing mark for good sample division.
