SCHOTT® Instruments CHEMdip – automatic insertion armatures
- The new type of armatures for the controlled insertion of sensors with Pg 13.5 welding sockets in tanks, pipes and open channels.
- CHEMdip 918 (stainless steel AISI 316Ti/316L 1.4571/1.4404) and CHEMdip 928 (PVDF) with DN100 process connection combined with the stuffing tool for the insertion of the sensor on demand.
- Measuring points with both these armatures can be handled fully automatic via the pneumatic or electro-pneumatic control system CHEMtrol 450 or CHEMtrol 460.
- For all types of sensors with a diameter of 12 mm as well as a length of 225 mm as low-maintenance design or as liquid electrolyte version at a length of 280 mm.
- Choice of various sealing material (i.e. EPDM and FPM)
- With integrated orbital sensor cleaning system, no longer requiring an external cleaning system.
- Easy installation and distance of sensor holder
- Immersion length 1000 to 2500 mm
