Advanced Lab Meters - ProLab Series
Electrodes and Meters from Schott Instruments
Electrodes from SCHOTT Instruments are used by professionals in laboratories all over the world. This comes as no surprise as we have been involved in the production and development of electrodes for almost 70 years: a vast know how in glass which our customers benefit directly from. What once began with the patent on the pH electrode, has grown into an extensive range of products including several hundred electrodes designed to meet standard- and special applications. From water to wine - we have the appropriate electrode to meet our customers' requirements.
Precise measurement is a product of the optimal interaction between electrode, calibration and meter. The obvious next step for us has been to develop meters to perfectly match our electrodes and buffer solutions.
The result: The new Lab and ProLab series of pH and conductivity meters from SCHOTT Instruments. These instruments are setting new standards for electrochemical measurement. In combination with our reliable electrodes and buffer solutions, these instruments guarantee an exact measuring result - fast, convenient and precise.

Prolab 1000 - High End Meter
Documentation according to GLP and CFR 21 Part 11
All GLP calibration protocols and all data sets with time and ID from 1500 storage spaces can be recalled. The memory is structured in hierarchical levels with user identification according to CFR 21 part 11.
Direct data transmission
Whether conventional via RS 232 or modern via USB - both PC interfaces are integrated in the ProLab 1000. No adapter is required.
Dead stop function
The integrated dead stop function widens the field of application for manual titration jobs (e.g. wine and food industry).

Prolab 2000 - Multiparameter Instrument
Professional measurement
With a measuring range from -2.000 to +20.000 pH and an accuracy of 0.003 pH, the ProLab 2000 is especially suited for manifold applications in research and development. The automatic pH and ISE calibration at up to 3 points guarantees trustworthy measurements at the highest stage. A galvanic D.O. sensor and multi-pole conductivity measuring cells widen the measuring functions for most applications.
The new combined conductivity and D.O. sensor A slender and handy sensor for three parameters: conductivity, dissolved oxygen and temperature. The oxygen module can be easily removed and works according to the time-proven galvanic principle. Immediately ready for use, little maintenance required.
The conductivity sensor features the time-proven 4-electrode system. If desired it can also be used without the oxygen module. Precise, easy to clean, capable of accurate measurements even when used in normally electrode fouling samples - a perfect sensor for all water analysis applications in laboratories.

Prolab 3000 - pH/ion Meter
Automatic user recognition
User recognition with electronic identification and wireless transponder technology.
Wireless electrode recognition
ID electrodes and measuring instrument with automatic identification and data exchange and allocation
Measuring: pH, mV, ISE,in high precision and with many special functionalities:
- 2-channel pH/mV measurement
- galvanically separated
- dU differential measurement
- professional ISE measurement with addition /subtraction procedures

Prolab 4000 - High end pH/ion/ conductivity measurement
pH-,ISE- and conductivity measurement on highest level
Same as ProLab 3000 - and another quality feature on top...
The ProLab 4000 offers the high-quality measurement technology known with ProLab 3000 and is futhermore completed with conductivity measurement for highest standards: A measuring range from 0.000 µS/cm…2000 mS/cm, TDS and salinity measurement as well as various functions for temperature compensation and setting of the cell constant set the standard for a measuring instrument of this performance class. ProLab 4000 offers even more...
User recognition with electronic identification incl. password entry
The automatic user recognition via transponder key pendant enables an access control and allocation of measuring values, calibrations etc. towards each user. Insofar it is always automatically documented which user did what at a certain time. An optional password security provides an additional safety for the user identification.
Recognition of electrode - automatic and wireless
The new ID electrodes send their specific data wireless to the ProLab 4000. It is therefore guaranteed that the ProLab uses the correct calibration at all times for each electrode and avoids erroneous measurements - unmistakable also with 2-channel measurements!
